Building turn-key homes
Northwood Modular Homes, formerly Herron Builders, Inc., has dedicated itself to quality construction for the past 54 years. Northwood has built well over 300 modular homes. Northwood has been a top Builder of Ritz Craft Custom Homes since 1995. Ritz Craft Homes are built right here in Michigan.
In June of 2019, Jason and Matt Klein of Superior 1 Inc. Plumbing and Heating took over ownership of Northwood Modular Homes. They are master plumbers and have worked with Northwood Modular Homes for the past 20 years.
After being notified by Tom Herron of his intention to sell the business, Matt and Jason decided it would be a great business opportunity. Jason said "Matt and I wanted to continue to provide a quality built home. This is a great community and area, that can really benefit from this service."
Jason and Matt run the business with the assistance of Matt's wife Jenn and Northwood's longtime staff and crew, which offers over 100 years of combined experience.
