Northwood Modular Homes (formerly Herron Builders) has focused on quality construction for over five decades. We’ve completed well over 300 modular homes and have been a top builder with Ritz-Craft since 1995. Ritz-Craft homes are built right here in Michigan and then finished on-site by our local crew.

Local Ownership with Deep Trade Experience

In June 2019, brothers Jason and Matt Klein of Superior 1 Inc. Plumbing & Heating took ownership after working with Northwood Modular for roughly two decades. Both are master plumbers who grew up on job sites with this team. As Jason put it, “We wanted to continue delivering a quality-built home for a community that benefits from this service.”
